Cambridge SCFR official launch in Addenbrookes Hospital
To celebrate the official launch of our scheme, we held a public engagement event outside the Cambridge University Medical School in Addenbrookes Hospital. The event was very well supported by both current and potential volunteers, representatives from East of England Ambulance Service Trust, specialist nurses from Addenbrookes and of course by friends and family.

Our volunteers have now been responding to emergency calls with the scheme for three weeks, and so far have had an excellent response both from patients and East of England Ambulance Service staff.
